Abstract:
The program is a DLL ActiveX component written in C++ and utilized in analysing the BMP image files. It is meant to be a high-speed access tool to data, incorporating the advantages of object orientation. This DLL can be used in Visual C++ as well as Visual Basic.
Consequently, the immediate applications include analysis of astronomical images acquired by a CCD camera as well as optimising the fractal image analysis program (Fractal.exe VB60) developed by Valeriu Grossu C.Sc.D , Professor Calin Besliu Sc.D., Lecturer Mircea Rusu Sc.D.
