Abstract:
Polypyrrole is a particular conducting polymer, due to its electro-optical properties with a high application potential. This paper concerned with a comparative study of polypyrrole obtained by chemical and electrochemical polymerization. The samples obtained by these two different methods were investigated by FTIR, UV, and Raman spectroscopy, SEM, electrical conductivity. The results Showed that the structure of electrochemical polypyrrole synthesized by conventional chemical methods. This difference may be due to extensive coupling reactions during the electrochemical polymerization process.
