Abstract:
The analysis of phenomena that appear in the chaotic coupling process’s frame of two laser diodes operating with external cavity has been achieved using numerically simulation of the evolution rate equations and using a Matlab-Symulink soft. The numerically simulation has a starting-point Lang-Kobayashi equations. The configuration simulated is “master” coupling with “slave”. We achieved the numerically simulation for few cases of the coupling and the data coding transmission between two laser diodes in function of the number of laser active modes in “master” and “slave”. We show, for these cases, how evolve the decoding process of the useful signal.
