Abstract:
In a previous of our papers we proposed an efficient mechanism of injection using the numerical experiment of the chaotic gun effect. The efficiency of the mechanism maybe expressed using the collisions rate of the charged particles moving in a turbulent electromagnetic field. While a general form of the collisions rate was proposed in the paper, any estimation was made. Adopting some approximations and the general form derived in the above mentioned paper we estimate the collisions rate and express the efficiency of the injection mechanism.
