Abstract:
Graphite were used as starting material to obtain graphene oxide by Hummers modified method followed by reduction of graphene oxide by chemical and thermal reduction method. The graphene oxide and reduced graphenes were characterized by UV-Vis, XRD, and Raman Spectroscopy, and DLS. Each synthesis method leads to different properties which make graphenes appropriate for different application covering supercapacitors, nanocomposites or electronic devices.
